About
My name is Evonne Jenkins. I have 32 years of experience in elementary education. After 30 years, I retired from Cleveland County Schools in North Carolina, but I still have the love of teaching so I currently teach in Clover, South Carolina. During my tenure I have also taught at Cleveland Community College. While there, I taught math to adult students who were working on their adult high school diploma or their GED.
It is my hope and vision to continue to help students gain academic success and confidence by offering the kind of tutoring that makes a difference in their educational journey. This is tutoring that is specifically designed for each unique student, tailored to fit their specific learning style and needs, all the while while making it FUN!
