Mrs Jenkins' hope and vision is to help students gain academic success and confidence by offering the kind of tutoring that makes a difference in their educational journey. This is tutoring that is specifically designed for each unique student, tailored to fit their specific learning style and needs, all the while while making it FUN!
Cancellation Policy
Online Tutoring Policy 1. Scheduling & Attendance All tutoring sessions must be scheduled in advance. Students are expected to attend sessions on time. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full. 3. No-Show Policy If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of tutoring services. 4. Payment & Refunds Payment is required in advance to secure tutoring sessions. No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled sessions unless the tutor cancels the session. 5. Technical Issues Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary software before the session. If technical issues prevent the session from occurring, the tutor may offer a reschedule at their discretion. By scheduling a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
